Precautions, warnings and prompt instructions
1. please read the instruction carefully before using the product.
2. install, debug and use strictly according to the steps described in the installation instruction.
3. when using normally, please contact the manufacturer for after-sale, and it is forbidden for users to replace the damaged parts without permission. In addition to the accessories provided by the company, the use of other manufacturer accessories may reduce the safety of the product. Please select the relevant accessories provided by the company.
4. please check whether the fasteners of the electric operating table are loose frequently to prevent accidents.
5. do not remove the electric operating table shell and control circuit without the approval of our factory.
6. the safe use period of the electric operating table is 10 years, and the free warranty period is one year (except for wearing parts and mattresses). The damage caused by improper use of the user is not covered by the free warranty. The product provides lifelong maintenance service. It is forbidden to repair the products without permission, otherwise the manufacturer will not guarantee it free of charge.
7. after the operation table is used, the operating table shall be in normal position to protect the normal operation of the column. Normal position refers to the position where the table top is horizontal, the column is in the lowest position and the leg plate is not extended.
8. before folding the back plate, the waist plate shall be lowered to the lowest position.
9. when the operation table is left and right, and the front and back tilt, the patient’s position must be fixed with the support frame to prevent the patient from sliding due to improper operation.
10. all accessories fixed on the side rail of the operating table must be firmly fixed on the side rails when using. The fixing knobs of the fixed head plate and leg plate shall be tightened to avoid slipping down in other actions.
11. when using the arm plate, it is not allowed to make it bear too much force or place too heavy articles to avoid the broken arm plate. 12. when operating the waist plate, when the waist plate is raised to the limit, do not shake the handle hard to avoid damaging the drive parts of the waist plate.
13. when finding any abnormality in the patient or the product, stop the machine or take other appropriate measures under the condition of ensuring the safety of the patient. Be careful not to touch the patient when moving the device.
14. in case of special situations such as power failure and accidental movement, the patient shall be prevented from falling accidentally and transferred to a safe position. During the movement, it shall be noted that the speed shall not be too fast.
15. when using electronic treatment instruments and equipment (microwave therapy instrument, ultrasonic therapy instrument, high frequency potential therapeutic instrument, etc.), please do not operate the equipment, otherwise, it may lead to misoperation and may damage the product or the patient accidentally fall down.
16. the operating table installed in the box is in the “stop” state, and it cannot be pushed forward. When it is necessary to move, the pedal must be lifted. The power socket in operation table must use three core socket with safety grounding wire. The grounding wire shall be reliably connected to the grounding terminal of the product, and the grounding wire shall be clearly marked with the grounding symbol. For example, grounding symbol:

Installation, use and commissioning
Overall installation method:
1. the operating table installed in the box is in the “stop” state, and it cannot be pushed forward. When it is necessary to move, the pedal must be lifted.
2. all accessories fixed on the side rail of the operating table must be firmly fixed on the side rails during use, and the head plate and legs shall be fixed
The fixing knob of the plate shall be tightened.
Installation and removal method of components:
1. slide: the operating table adopts single slot slider, which is used to fix various accessories. The slide block is installed on the side rail of the table top of the operating table, the groove of the slide is aligned with the side rail, and it slides directly into the slide, and is positioned at any position of the side rail with the fastening handle.
2. arm board: first fix the arm plate on the guide rail of the operating table, and adjust the knob at the lower end of the arm plate to reach the required position. The strap is fastened through the buckle, and the patient will open and buckle.
3. leg support: first insert the single groove slider on the guide rail, then insert the leg support insert into the circular hole of the slider, and tighten the slider handle to fix it.
4. anesthesia screen: first insert the single slot slider on the guide rail, then insert two long inserting rods of the anesthesia screen frame into the two spaces of the slider, and tighten the handle to fix it. The two small knobs on the top of the anesthesia screen frame can adjust the width of the screen frame.
